The customer can receive a full or partial refund determined and deemed appropriate between the customer and the Consultant hired from The Image Alkemist Bespoke & Bourbon.
The Services are provided by the Consultant who understands and acknowledges the responsibility for assuring consumer satisfaction with respect to personal instruction, proper use and timely delivery.
The Consultant will provide the highest quality of service and advice and it is solely the responsibility of the client to accept or reject such advice. In accepting advice, the client is responsible for providing their own funds and agrees to make purchase decisions resulting in their own discretion to do so. This is in regard to any purchase made to goods and products recommended by the Consultant.
Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Conditions shall be severed and the remaining Terms of Use shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
